A charming farmhouse, between the hills and the city.

An oasis of peace and tranquility a few miles from the center of the city of Reggio Emilia, where to retreat after a hard day's work, or where to regain strength after a cheerful evening spent with friends, perhaps at our RCF Arena.

We recovered an old 17th-century barn, which we fell in love with at first sight ... with her and the view she gives us when we look out of the windows that show in all its splendor the nature that characterizes our territory. The vineyard, with its warm colors and in the background our green hills rich in history, which if you wish you can reach in 1o minutes by car or bus.

During the restoration we tried to preserve the ancient materials, with which the building was built, enhancing the details that with much surprise we discovered during the work.

The charm that only the "things of yesteryear" know how to give, meets with the comfort and convenience of today's technology, without forgetting the attention to the environment. Our farmhouse is powered by two photovoltaic systems, which make it autonomous for 90% of its electricity needs and is equipped with solar panels for hot water production.

Hortensia represents our passion for greenery: in our garden there are many essences and a large quantity of Hydrangeas, of different species.

We will be happy to welcome you in our two suites; they can accommodate up to 6 adults (2 places with sofa bed), have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, flat-screen TV, WI-FI and, of course, a large terrace to enjoy the view we have told you about.

Children are, of course, welcome, as are pets; for the more "bulky" ones, we provide an enclosure of about 10 square meters, should you feel it is better to let them stay outdoors.
